Math-Oriented Critical Thinking Skills of Elementary School Students Viewed from Cognitive Style

The tendency to develop critical thinking skills has been carried out for a long time starting from the definition, indicators of mathematical thinking, and practice developing thinking. Critical can be developed both individually classically through learning. purpose this study was analyze qualitatively process SD Muhammadiyah Manyar students in terms cognitive style. research method is descriptive qualitative. results analysis obtained with FD style more than FI From difference numbers, it line learning where need teacher instruction completing assignments. In addition, aspects according Facione (2013) 6 existing there are 2 that have not achieved by students, namely explanation self-regulation. Keywords: skills, style, elementary school. Abstrak: Kecenderungan mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis telah dilakukan sejak lama mulai dari definisi, indikator matematis, dan praktik kritis. Berpikir dapat dikembangkan baik secara individual maupun klasikal melalui pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitatif proses matematis siswa ditinjau gaya kognitif. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis diperoleh dengan kognitif lebih banyak dibandingkan FI. Dari selisih angka tersebut sejalan pembelajaran dimana membutuhkan arahan guru dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Selain itu aspek menurut ada terdapat belum dicapai yaitu eksplanasi regulasi diri.
